We are looking for a skilled and reliable Parcel Delivery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license and be able to drive safely in various weather conditions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and letters to customers across the country. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and adhere to company standards.
Responsibilities- Drive or walk a designated delivery route to deliver parcels and letters.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than six points.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including paid holidays, sick leave, and opportunities for career advancement.
