Film Sales Strategist

The Film Sales Executive will drive revenue growth from non-theatrical licenses and minor territory sales across our diverse film slate.
Main Responsibilities- Pitch and sell film screening licenses to schools, universities, and educational institutions, developing long-term partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients for high-value screenings tied to CSR initiatives, employee training, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Liaise with Film Festivals in multiple territories to secure the best placement and screening fees.
Key Performance Indicators
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding global reach.
- Nurture new and existing client relationships to maximize sales potential and create new opportunities.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a film, media, or non-theatrical distribution environment.
- Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and ability to tailor pitch to different audiences.
- Tech-savviness in CRM platforms, tracking systems, and other tools to streamline sales process.
- Passion for using film as a tool for positive change.
- Self-starter and innovator with creative approach to sales and marketing.
Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on performance and experience.
