About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at The Soho Hotel. As a Staff Canteen Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team is well-fed and energized. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking meals for all team members, ensuring that food items are replenished during service times, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and staff canteen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare meals for team members, ensuring high-quality and presentation standards.
  • Replenish food items during service times to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and staff canteen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
