Internal Trade Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Trade Sales Assistant to join our team at Minster, a leading specialist distributor of insulation and dry lining materials in Northern Europe.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
You will be working closely with our customers to get to know our product lines and services, and using our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide proactive advice and solutions
- Process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
- Work closely with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement and maintain a clean and tidy branch
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
