Job Description:

A leading manufacturing company based in Telford is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.

About the Company:

Our client is a well-established global manufacturer with a reputation for excellence in their field. They offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You:

To be successful as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you will need to have a strong technical background, with experience of supervising a team and managing maintenance operations. Double days and occasional night shifts on a rota basis are also included in this role.

  • Supervising a team of maintenance engineers and technicians
  • Maintaining equipment and facilities to a high standard
  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently
