Job Description

Nuix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Go-to-Market Marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping our Global Marketing plan and overseeing its implementation across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with our global marketing strategy, with a focus on demand generation.
    • Work with Heads of Marketing to plan and execute both global and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to track and report on campaigns and key KPIs.
    • Manage campaign and marketing budgets.
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Plan and execute strategic events, including large user conferences and high-touch experiences, to support business goals.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Build strong relationships with sales teams and participate in regular sales meetings.
    • Collaborate effectively with the global marketing team to ensure EMEA market needs are addressed in global activities.
  • Language and Cultural Expertise
    • Translate all relevant marketing and sales enablement materials into German.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Preferred bilingual in English and German fluency in written and oral communications.
  • Proven experience in effectively utilizing digital marketing platforms and programs, including marketing automation.
  • Proficient in office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A self-starter with a track record of highly organized execution against multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive in communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, with 2-3 days in the office, and outside standard business hours to accommodate calls.
  • Willingness to travel to the German office frequently.
