Resident Facilities Engineer

Octane Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled Resident Facilities Engineer to join our client's team near Rugby. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering corrective and planned maintenance to meet performance measures detailed in the contract.
Salary: £40,076.82 per annum, plus an additional 8% site allowance (£3,206 per annum), a night shift allowance of up to £5,000 per annum pro rata and weekend supplement for Saturdays and Sundays (£50 per attendance for Saturdays and £100 for Sundays) totalling roughly £3,800 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance and hold a recognised electrical certification such as the 18th Edition. They will also have skills in dock/doors, plumbing, air conditioning, air handling, gas appliances, and lifts preferred but not essential.
Job Description:
- Maintenance of electrical systems on site
- Expert fault finding and provision of advice and guidance to customers
- Liaison with customers' representatives to ensure customer requirements are fully met
- Check and ensure all appropriate paperwork is completed
