About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans, and monitor their progress.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans, prioritizing and managing care to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Experience of working in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
