Job Summary:

Join our team as a Special Needs Education Professional in New Malden. You will support children with special needs on various levels of the autistic spectrum aged 16+, working closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized education plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create engaging lesson plans and activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular updates to teaching staff
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with children with autism or similar conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Enhanced DBS certificate
