ESOL Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified ESOL Lecturer to join our team at the Windsor Forest Colleges Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds and help them achieve their goals in English language skills.

This permanent, full-time position involves delivering high-quality teaching and academic support in ESOL, Maths, ICT/Digital Skills, Employability, and Citizenship to students aged 16-to-18 and 19+. The successful candidate will have experience in developing curriculum content and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a student-centered approach.

1. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for ESOL Pre-Entry to Level 2 classes, focusing on the needs of both 19+ and 16-to-18 age groups.
2. Contribute to the development of the ESOL curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse student population.
3. Work effectively within the teaching team to provide exceptional student experiences.
4. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
