We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Provide face-to-face customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandise products to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a high level of store presentation.
- Process transactions and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities, including setting up promotional displays and maintaining store fixtures.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with a preference for fashion brands.
- Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- Free jewellery, with a monthly allowance of £25-£55.
- Flexible working hours, with the ability to work during the day at times that suit you.
- No weekend working.
Please note that we have an embargo in December, and no holiday can be taken during this time. You will have Christmas Day off, but other than this, holiday is unable to be taken over the festive period unless authorised. Please also notify us of any pre-booked holiday dates.
