Complaint Handler Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Handler to join our team at Diligenta. As a Complaint Handler, you will be responsible for investigating complaints and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. You will work closely with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate complaints and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner
* Manage conflicts and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Self-manage complaint workload for various products within regulatory timescales
* Maintain knowledge of FCA complaint handling rules
* Interpret FOS decisions and share lessons learned

Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience in an office-based or regulated environment
* Strong listening and communication skills
* Ability to communicate complex matters in a simple and supportive way
* Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of Life and Pensions industry
