As a Healthcare Professional with Dream Medical, you will be working in a dynamic Primary Care setting, providing high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience within Primary Care, be adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills. They should be registered with the NMC, an independent nurse prescriber, and hold an MSc/Postgraduate diploma or equivalent.

This is a full-time/part-time position, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum (pro rata) and a range of benefits, including an NHS pension.

About the Role:
  • Work with patients in a supportive and caring environment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribing medications as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the Practice's continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in Primary Care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NMC registration and independent nurse prescriber status.
  • MSc/Postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification.
