We are seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to emergency calls and provide roadside assistance to our members
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults, from routine maintenance to complex repairs
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide reassurance and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
- A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary of £54,000 per year
