About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lunchtime Assistant to join our team at Tommies Childcare. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for supporting children during meal times, ensuring their dietary requirements are met, and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to eat and socialize.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up and clearing tables, utensils, and equipment
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Monitoring children's behavior and intervening when necessary
- A minimum of Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
