We are a dedicated care team operating in South Leeds, passionate about helping others make a difference in their community. We are seeking a Community Healthcare Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $24,000 - $30,000 per annum, paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift. You will also receive a range of benefits including shift pay, bonus schemes, and paid induction training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Community Healthcare Associate, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting people to their communities accessing local support and services
  • Delivering personalised care through individual choice and control (when required)
  • Providing personal care that protects people's dignity
