Job Summary

This is a dynamic and flexible role that requires you to work as and when needed to cover annual leave or sick leave. You will be working in one of our care homes, supporting residents with their daily living needs and providing companionship and emotional support.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted approach. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £10-12 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
