New Homes Sales Consultant - Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing great relationships with customers, helping them make their dream move, and presenting useful products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Recognising opportunities to help further
  • Initiating potential leads and referring customers to relevant colleagues
  • Liaising and communicating with Developers

Requirements:

  • Experience of working on New Homes sales sites
  • Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, and a genuine love of helping customers
  • Naturally professional, organised, and great at building rapport

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • A natural salesperson
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
