Coffee Training Specialist

Nestlé SA is seeking a highly motivated Coffee Training Specialist to join its Nestlé Professional team. The ideal candidate will have retail leadership experience and be trained to Barista Trainer or have expertise in Nescafé Beverage Solution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and operational priorities for all new We Proudly Serve Starbucks customers and locations, as well as engaging with regional contacts/customers/third parties to support brand and/or commercial objectives.
This role requires strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. The ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously, as well as part of a team, is also essential.
