Homeless Outreach Worker

Blue Triangle is seeking a compassionate and skilled Homeless Outreach Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will engage with individuals experiencing homelessness, providing practical and emotional support to empower them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Develop personalized support plans to address specific challenges and promote self-sufficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You:
- You must have 1 year of experience working with vulnerable populations, demonstrating a strong ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including service users, colleagues, and external partners.
- Hold a relevant qualification, such as SVQ2 or above, or be willing to pursue one.
Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will receive a fully funded SVQ3 qualification and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
