About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage individuals to access their local communities, engage in social activities, and develop new skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
