We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support an older client group in a Supported Housing team during a busy period. As an Independent Living Coordinator, you will provide a professional, high-quality, and effective housing and support service to elderly residents in a court/scheme environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enabling tenants to live independently in their own homes, with a focus on tenancy sustainment, support, and resident wellbeing
- Ensuring the building is safe and secure
- Fulfilling Health & Safety, Diversity & Inclusion, and GDPR duties at all times
- Undertaking property visits
Requirements:
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Enhanced DBS check
- Driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
