Project Manager

Sword Group is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Risk Management Expert, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to risk assessment, mitigation, and overall risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage the day-to-day activities of project teams
- Ensure project teams stay on task and on schedule
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to upper management
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Streamline governance and efficient risk mitigation processes
- Threat analysis / threat modelling and vulnerabilities management
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically working on risk management projects
- Strong knowledge and understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and methodologies
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies and plans
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Enhanced compliance management, ability to map to industry frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO27,0001, NCSC NIS CAF, COBIT, etc.
- Relevant certifications such as PMI-RMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable
