Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized skincare and makeup recommendations, and driving sales of our market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a unique and memorable shopping experience for every client.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines to meet individual customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment and achieve sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
