The Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Ventilation Specialist to join our team as a Building Services Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out installations, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing and ventilation systems in commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out installations, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing and ventilation systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for further works where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete relevant paperwork or online forms.
Requirements
  • Level 2 NVQ/City and Guilds in plumbing or relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of drainage systems, waste pumps, and pipework installation and repair.
  • Ability to use and train in the use of PDA devices and company software.
  • NICEIC Domestic Ventilation (preferred) and BPEC Water Supply (Water fittings) Regs:1999 certifications.
  • CSCS Card (desirable but not essential).
  • Full clean driving license.
