About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every aspect of our customers' visits is catered for in a positive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
- Providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring that customers are fully informed and satisfied with the service provided.
- Progressing vehicle repairs through the workshop, utilizing effective communication with workshop control to ensure agreed vehicle completion times are adhered to.
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email, and in person, and successfully converting these into firm bookings.
- Communicating effectively with customers to keep them advised of the progress of repairs and servicing.
- Professionally selling products, services, and repair work as appropriate to customers' needs, while ensuring all objectives are fully achieved.
- Invoicing completed work and taking payments where required.
- Working as part of a team to ensure all departmental objectives and KPIs are achieved.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills are essential, and experience of using databases would be desirable.
- Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and under pressure.
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships.
- A true team player.
- A driving license free from excessive penalties.
