Job Title: Academic Leader - Religious Education

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Leader to join our team at Houstone School. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Religious Education and wants to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and deliver effective learning experiences to all students
  • Be an aspirational professional who is enthusiastic, influential, and committed to working towards success for the academy and its learners
  • Set high expectations for all pupils, deepen their knowledge and understanding, and maximize their achievement
  • Assess pupils' work systematically and use the results to inform future planning, teaching, and curricular development

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £31,756 - £52,758 per annum (dependent on experience), plus £3,214 Head of Department Allowance if applicable
  • Full-time, permanent position
