Job Title: Commercial Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team in Surrey, who has ideally worked with high net worth clients, to join our premium Estate Agency Partner – Hamptons.

This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (once fully trained and authorised).

Capital Private Finance was established in 2010 and specialises in all aspects of property finance. As part of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services provider in the UK, working with over 110 branches of Hamptons and John D Wood across London and the South.

Our advisors provide advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. In addition, our advisors assist clients with specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release, and commercial.

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
  2. Ideally 2 years active broker experience.
  3. Ideally from an estate agency background.
  4. Provide an excellent level of customer service.
  5. A drive and enthusiasm to succeed.

  1. Competitive salary, uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60k+ within the first 12 months), with the opportunity of an annual bonus based on performance.
