Lane7 is the market leading boutique bowling and gaming business in the UK, with multiple venues across the country, Berlin and Ireland. We're a dynamic team looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Strategist to join us.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving brand awareness and conversion through engaging multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You'll oversee the performance of our websites, paid campaigns, CRM activity and gifting.

  • You'll have demonstrable experience managing websites with knowledge of UX/UI, SEO and content management systems.
  • A strategic approach to running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms is essential.
  • Evidence of managing email marketing campaigns and understanding of the wider CRM ecosystem is required.
  • You'll also have solid expertise in campaign and cross-channel analysis, with the ability to convey the narrative to the wider business.
  • Prior usage of tools including Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Wordpress, Stampede and CRM/CDPs would be beneficial.
  • You'll stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, target audience and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure the website is optimised for user experience and conversions.
  • Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media and email marketing.
  • Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve organic and paid search results.
  • Evaluate the CRM strategy and collaborate with the Junior Marketing Manager to plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers and drive guest loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and generate regular reports to showcase ROI and recommend improvements.
  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
