This is a strategic leadership position where you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align reward practices with business objectives and drive organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures.
- Create and maintain reward policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and make informed recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a senior reward or compensation role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing reward strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
This role will be delivered on a day rate up to £800pd.
