We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Programming and Partnerships Officer. As a key member of our visitor experience team, you will play a vital role in driving visits to Rowallane Garden and creating memorable moments for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a programme of events and activities that engage and inspire our visitors
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders to develop a varied year-round offer
- Plan and organise events, trails, and exhibitions that link to the places themselves and appeal to diverse audiences
- Manage delegated budgets and duty management, and recruit and supervise volunteers
We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality visitor experiences, a creative approach to programming, and excellent communication skills. You should have experience in running events and activities, working with community partners, and engaging with diverse audiences.
