Business Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Learning and Development team as a Business Administration Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in administration, certification management, and learning management systems.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with administrative duties, learning management systems, and supporting the development of others. As a Business Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Certification management and administration
- Administration of the organisation's Learning Management System
- Generating reports and providing insights to support business decisions
- Raising purchase orders and managing goods receipting
- Supporting trainers with diary management and ensuring seamless delivery of training sessions
You will also have the opportunity to work towards your Business Admin Level 3 qualification and attend regular progress meetings with your tutor.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
