Job Summary:
This registered midwifery role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. A strong background in midwifery practices and knowledge of local policies and procedures are essential for success in this position.

About the Role:
As a registered midwife, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of women, partners, families, and carers, planning, delivering, and evaluating standards of evidence-based midwifery care. You will also provide full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening, as well as identifying high-risk pregnancies. This role will involve working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing the needs of women, partners, families, and carers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal care.
* Providing full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening.
* Identifying high-risk pregnancies and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement plans for safe care delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 12 months paid experience as a Midwife within the last 2 years.
* NMC registration and a Degree/Diploma in Nursing are essential qualifications.
* Completed Neonatal Rhesus and CTG training certifications.
