Therapist for Youth Independence Support

This position involves working as an Occupational Therapist within one of the quadrant teams in West Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective OT interventions to children and young people with disabilities and their families, while also identifying and addressing potential safeguarding risks.
Responsibilities- Facilitate choice and empowerment through promoting independence.
- Evaluate and review the effectiveness of equipment and adaptations, ensuring safe use and compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Contribute to the production of accurate statistical information relating to workload.
