Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading significant areas of school improvement to drive student outcomes and achievement
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
• Providing coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance their skills and confidence
• Supporting the development of curriculum plans and assessments to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
• Contribution to whole-school planning and decision-making processes
