The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy staff and implementing clinical priorities to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work autonomously. They will be expected to develop and implement clinical programs, provide education and training to staff, and promote the values of NHS Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacy staff in Primary Care Pharmacy and Medicines Service
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide education and training to staff on clinical pharmacy practices
  • Promote the values of NHS Scotland and ensure a culture of quality, teamwork, and compassion

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy
  • Experience in a patient-focused clinical environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
