V3 Recruitment is seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join their team in Lutterworth. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across all CPG locations. They will work closely with operations to ensure regular physical and cycle counts are completed, and analyse inventory data to identify discrepancies and implement corrections as required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
* Work with operations to ensure regular physical and cycle counts are completed
* Analyse inventory data and implement corrections as required
* Implement and improve auditing processes to identify and resolve inventory issues or discrepancies

Requirements:
* Fluency in English (speaking, understanding, reading, and writing)
* Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office for data analysis and reporting
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimise inventory control processes
