About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects, influencing the growth and development of the project management team, and progressing in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality project and programme management standards.
  • Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary professional team.
  • Lead communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly reports, including project programmes, risk registers, etc.
  • Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
  • Positively influence the internal team and seek to add value.
  • Manage key client relationships.
  • Assist in generating repeat business and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified (degree or HNC in a relevant engineering discipline preferable).
  • Significant experience of project manager roles on large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with clients to protect and meet Atkins' commercial objectives.
  • Experience of working in the nuclear industry.
  • Experience of managing a project portfolio.
  • Good understanding of design procedures, change control, checking, and review requirements.
  • Experience of leading large multidisciplinary teams.
