We are seeking a skilled Gas Installation Specialist to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a responsive and professional gas installations service to residents, ensuring all work sites are adequately protected and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of domestic gas boilers and associated equipment.
- Maintain and monitor the supply, stock and use of materials.
- Participate in the out of hours service delivery on a rota basis.
- Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property-related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
- Raise any non-compliance or process failures with managers.
- Undertake any required repairs in order to maintain high levels of safety, security and working conditions across The Group properties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a domestic gas engineer/installer.
- Great customer service skills.
- Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT.
- Desirable but not essential: HTR1, CONGLP1PD, Unvented Hot Water Systems.
