Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role involves working on high-profile commercial contracts across offices, retail outlets, schools, and healthcare facilities. You will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum efficiency, and complete work records, including safety checks and job reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need proven maintenance experience, preferably in a commercial setting, and relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Maintenance or equivalent). You will also require strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, effective communication and customer service skills, and a full UK driving license.
