Stevenage, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom HC-One Full time

About This Role

We have various shift options available, including day and night shifts.

As a Care Assistant at HC-One, kindness is the core value that guides our care services. Our team understands that every resident has their own unique story to tell and deserves to be treated with compassion and respect.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. By joining HC-One, you'll have the chance to contribute to providing high-quality care services that meet the diverse needs of our residents.

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your duties will include assisting with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as helping with meals.

We strive to deliver care that truly comes from the heart. It's about ensuring our residents maintain their dignity and sense of individuality while participating in general activities within the care home.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and it's essential that you're able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond if concerns arise.
