About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Main Responsibilities

As a Part Time Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. Ideally, you will have experience within the Wholesale or Retail environment, but this is not essential. What's important is that you are a team player, able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
