We are seeking an exceptional nurse practitioner with a strong background in quality improvement to lead our efforts in promoting health and developmental reviews. The ideal candidate will possess highly specialized knowledge in health visiting practice, with a proven track record of driving service improvements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Project managing and clinically leading quality improvement projects related to health literacy, minor illnesses, and accident prevention.
- Developing project briefs and plans, identifying key milestones and service improvements.
- Providing facilitative and supportive leadership to health visiting colleagues.
- Participating in teaching and support of staff and clients on minor illnesses and accident prevention.
