Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Systems Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our IT systems, including network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to improve our technology infrastructure and systems, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our IT team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and infrastructure.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including network administration, system administration, and project management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Benefits: 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays, Healthcare Scheme, Enhanced Pension Scheme, and Company Bonus Scheme.
