Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Director

About The Role

The purpose of this role is to oversee the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, collaborate with the Commercial and Procurement Director, and drive revenue and profitability growth across the business.

You will provide insightful analysis of the Commercial performance of the business and work closely with the Operations Finance team to inform end-to-end decision making across all functions within the AM FRESH Group.

In addition, you and your team will be responsible for developing and maintaining the financial reporting for the AM FRESH Group, including month-end reporting, overhead control and analysis, annual budgeting, and quarterly reforecasting.

You will be a key stakeholder in the successful implementation of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and in the onboarding of new customers to help fill the capacity in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and explaining financial figures to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including interpreting financial information for non-financial managers.
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
