Paediatric Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans, and working closely with a core team of carers. You will need to have a supportive management style, up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators, and advanced communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of client's physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery
  • Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with client's families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
What We Offer
  • Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
  • 33 days holiday
