Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Adult Mental Health Crisis Hub team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians to provide high-quality care to patients in crisis
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and services to ensure effective service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Recognized Professional Qualification in Nursing (RMN), Social Work (Dip SW/CQSW) or Occupational Therapy
  • Evidence of post-registration continued professional development, qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of recent continuing professional development or Master's degree
  • Experience in managing complaints and quality assurance
  • Experience of working within a CAMHs service, and ability to work with crisis and high-risk presentations of under-18's
