We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Social Care & Education Jobs Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and well-being of children with Special Education Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work 1:1 with children to support their learning and general well-being in the classroom
- Ensure every opportunity is available to reach the full potential of each child
- Support the Class Teacher to provide a high-quality, challenging, and engaging educational experience
- Assist with care needs and positive behavior support, adopting an individualized approach to each child
- Experience of working within an SEN setting
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
- Fully funded Teaching Assistant Training
- A recognized qualification at Level 2 or above (desirable)
- Passion for working with young people and ability to build trust with them
- Competitive hourly rate (£78 per hour DOE)
- Full-time or part-time positions available (40 hours per week or 23.3 days per week)
- Term-time only
