About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including elements of personal care, prompting of medication, and following predetermined care plans.

  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care and support, ensuring the needs of our clients are met.

Requirements

  • A valid Enhanced DBS/PVG certificate and Right to Work documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
