About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a First Class Host at Edinburgh Waverley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales skills to our First Class customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales skills to our First Class customers
  • Sell refreshments and offer complimentary refreshments to our First Class customers
  • Work closely with other colleagues on the train and at the local offices
  • Meet sales and service targets and achieve personal objectives
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
  • Great communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations
  • Maintain high standards of uniform and company image
  • Results-focused and able to hit sales and service targets
  • Location: Living within 1 hour's commute of Edinburgh Waverley
